The filters are actually better than the last pack of 5 I ordered and 1/3 cheaper. Price was the cheapest on eBay. The filters have more rows (more surface area) for better filtering and the paper looks better. They were delivered in less than 24 hours, the fastest I have ever received a package from an eBay seller. Seller sent me an email that the filters shipped and included the tracking number. Seller pays for return shipping if needed. Thanks

I believe it got lost in the mailing system, waited numerous weeks but one thing I will say is the communication with the seller was fantastic. The seller kept me updated with tracking and did their best. The refund was not a problem and was granted right away.
