The filters have more rows (more surface area) for better filtering and the paper looks better. They were delivered in less than 24 hours, the fastest I have ever received a package from an eBay seller. Seller sent me an email that the filters shipped and included the tracking number. Seller pays for return shipping if needed. Thanks

I believe it got lost in the mailing system, waited numerous weeks but one thing I will say is the communication with the seller was fantastic. The seller kept me updated with tracking and did their best. The refund was not a problem and was granted right away.
