The tapir schleich in the seller's photo and the tapir he sent to me were different. The delivery for all the figurines was the same, and the product was not damaged during shipping. This was a blatant and deceitful act. The seller was friendly and responsive. I am always happy to go to great lengths for the customer. Not sure what more could have been done. Nothing was blatant and certainly not deceitful. Unhappy buyer should talk to sellers for solutions.
