Everything looked absolutely perfect and brand new! I had questions and needed help on how to perform specific tests and the seller got me the answers I needed from there technical people promptly. Amazing support. This is my very first scanner and the XTOOL D7 is amazing. Used on two cars it already paid for itself. There was an issue with my unit (unable to activate and stuck in chinese), but the seller was able to make it right remotely. Communication was good, though i did not have any way of live communication from the USA, so ebay messages/email was how i had to do it. Can only really get 1-2 messages a day because of the time difference. Device works great now!! The used unit was barely used, id consider it like new. Overall a good experience considering the issue.
