The Seller and myself engaged in good and friendly communication and were able to resolve the issue. Again, it is not the Sellers fault. I did recommend that maybe they could think about offering the buyer a choice of postage options and prices. Buyers willing to pay for tracking would then have peace of mind. Those who want free delivery can take their chances. I will use this seller again as the hiccup was out of their hands.

(Please see attached photos. Book was posted and received promptly, but the book I ordered states clearly it’s the ‘Hardback’ edition. What I got was the paperback edition. I ordered a hardback copy for a reason feel and like I’ve been deceived (how many others I wonder?). Misleading advertising or genuine mistake? Looking at the feedback I'm not the first person to have experienced this so it's not an innocent mistake but a deliberate policy by this seller. I recommend you don't buy anything from them.
