He said wait another week, then i will contact royal mail. i ended having to raise a dispute through ebay, to get him to give me refund. beware they are not interested in you if things go wrong. i would not recommend to any one to buy from this seller. buy from ElseWare. this seller puts themselves first

The whole process could not have been better and I will be looking at what else the seller has in their shop. I have no hesitation in using them again. 5* transaction.
