I communicated with the seller before purchasing and had all questions addressed in a friendly, timely manner. Owner entertained my offer resulting in a terrific price, and even gave me a break on shipping. The doll was represented well in photo, written description and messaging. Both dolls fared well in-transit, which was a relief considering the lightly-padded plastic shipping envelope.
