A MISSING PACKAGE ISN'T THE SELLERS FAULT BUT THEY SHOULD AT LEAST HELP INSTEAD OF BEING RUDE AND TRYING TO FORCE A CUSTOMER TO VOLUNTARILY CLOSE A CASE, ONCE CLOSED IT CANNOT BE RE OPENEDED. SHAME BECAUSE IT ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE A DECENT EBAY STORE. ORIGINALLY DIDN'T HAVE AN ISSUE AS THESE THINGS HAPPEN BUT THE RESPONSE FROM THE SELLER IS 🚫
