Item arrived in a timely manner but without all the accessories that belong with the Cobra 19 DX IV radio. There was no mounting bracket and knobs to attach it to the radio. Also the box had trash from sellers other purchases including condement packages along with used napkins and plastic utensils. As of today, 48 hours later, seller has not responded to requests for missing accessories.
