I had an issue with the item so I contacted the seller and initiated a return . Communication was excellent and went very smoothly . Everything has been taken care of . Yes I would buy from him again .

It looked like the item listed in the listing. Unfortunately the advertisement had a typo and they were for O gauge not HO. I contacted Trainz and they searched for an HO version but did not have one available. They immediately gave me a refund. Although this transaction did not go as hoped, Trainz was very responsive and has always provided excellent service.

It appears to be in very good smooth running order. It had been inspected prior to shipment. Anything needing servicing seem to have been pre-done. Shipping cost were very reasonable. I had a few questions before I purchased it and they responded quickly with answers. I am very happy with the service provided by them throughout the whole process.
