Owner entertained my offer resulting in a terrific price, and even gave me a break on shipping. The doll was represented well in photo, written description and messaging. Both dolls fared well in-transit, which was a relief considering the lightly-padded plastic shipping envelope.

Seller went above and beyond to try and remedy the situation. The package was shipped back to seller and they sent it via USPS at no additional cost. Products were as described and packaged well.
