Keyboard was packaged securely and safely. I had an issue with the shipping tracking not updating for a couple of weeks, but I messaged the seller and they got the issue sorted out within a couple of days, I received the item the following week. Great service!

As I told them, they acknowledged it, and without making any fuss, they have refunded the amount for a similar case for sale on eBay. So I would say excellent service, mistakes may happen but how it is dealt with is more important. It was very smooth. I strongly recommend buying from them.
