Synopsis
When nighttime radio becomes daytime danger, Mayor Maddy Glenn must act before another innocent dies., Madison Glenn, the major of Santa Rita, has decided to run for a congressional seat. As some of the council members begin political maneuvers to take her place, strange happenings begin to occur in their quiet little coastal town. A strange man is found dead in his car parked in Maddy's reserved space at city hall. With the hungry media determined to connect her to the murder in any way possible, Maddy is just as determined to keep her distance from the investigation. When her neighbor is found dead at the airport maintenance hangar, Maddy can no longer hold back. After one of her fundraisers, an operative from a corporate conglomerate approaches Maddy and uses strong-arm tactics to persuade her to help his bosses acquire a piece of Santa Rita would be tremendous-but the potential for ruin enormous as suspicion and distrust grow among the council members. Are the murders part of a corporate conspiracy or the work of a serial killer? As her staff becomes more suspicious, Maddy begins to question whom she can really trust.

I contacted seller and they apologized, refunded me and suggested several things to do with the book after allowing me to keep it. I have gone ahead and ordered a hardcover from the same seller. I’m a repeat customer and hope to remain so. This mixup was a first, but I’m very impressed with their prompt response and professionalism. Kudos :)

I sell books on eBay and when I do they are usually wrapped in bubble wrap and then with paper bags I obtain from stores and then I use good tape. I get lots of positive reviews for my secure wrapping. This book arrived in thin plastic with no padding. Yes, this was a good price, arrived quickly, and as listed . You get break on postage, use some of that savings for better packaging
