    Except for the delivery point snafu (UPS tracking had delivery advised and since their site excludes P.O. delivery points I got a bit alarmed when no package arrived at our residential address. Finally located at the local P.O.!!) the experience was very good. Very well packaged and arrived with no damage. Getting the rails onto the car took about 90 minutes and was fiddly since 12 screws need locating at the bottom of 25mm holes to pick up vehicle mounting points.

    Item did not come with an instruction manual..You have to download a Chinese app through WE CHAT then convert it to English language.Please insist on the Seller including a downloaded print manual before purchasing. After he shipped the item, he stopped responding to my messages. I gave a positive review because it arrived 24 hrs before the date my installer had scheduled me for installation. My installer was able to find the app, according to him it a was ridiculous situation. Hope it lasts.
