I received the item today, and the merchandise box was completely beat up and clearly had been opened . There was also a marker writing on the outside of the box —clearly this item was previously returned from a store. The seller did reach out to me immediately, however I am very disappointed to have to go through the hassle of a return. If an item is advertised, is brand new and unopened box, and that’s what I should receive.
