    The item arrived on time and it was exactly as described. It was packed very well with bubble wrap and was great value for the excellent quality. Unfortunately, 1 panel of the glass broke during transit from the seller. The seller was very kind and issued a refund. I will definitely be purchasing from this seller again.

    I wasn't going to leave a negative review thinking that my situation may have just been an isolated event. After reading the other reviews I don't feel alone in this seller's practices. I ordered what was clearly presented as a " NEW Drill and Bag." What I received was an open box with a big tear in the accompanying bag. This was to be a gift for a friend's birthday. I contacted the seller and they sent a response message saying "sorry, I thought I posted that it was an open box..." I say "BS"

    item was as advertised, came in original box that was placed in a heavy cardboard box to insure safe travels.. came quicker than originally listed... great communications from the seller, all the way from when Fed Ex picked up the package till it arrived at my house..
