After reading the other reviews I don't feel alone in this seller's practices. I ordered what was clearly presented as a " NEW Drill and Bag." What I received was an open box with a big tear in the accompanying bag. This was to be a gift for a friend's birthday. I contacted the seller and they sent a response message saying "sorry, I thought I posted that it was an open box..." I say "BS"
