There was a piece missing that he realized before I did and reached out to me to tell me it was in the mail. Packaging was VERY protective. Shipping was fast and he combines shipping so I'm pleased with the cost! Great value! As described but more beautiful in person! But in addition to the damaged crystals, the little info sticker had been dislodged & had shimmied to the top of the specimen?! I know that mail carriers are incredibly rough with packages, but seriously?!? The seller was AWESOME & automatically refunded me before she even wrote back! NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
