Wife put it together to shampoo carpet, and leaked water/solution all on the carpet. That when she notice it wasn't vacuuming up anything. Looked to checked to see what's wrong, and come to find out, the nozzle was missing. How can they say they tested it, and mentioned that it worked, when they shipped me the Brissell, with the nozzle missing. My wife went out and bought a new one.
