Reviews
Yes, the proposed book fits the needs of both of my courses (Interior Design I and Interior Design II). The book is well organized and introduces topics that can later be covered in-depth in other courses. The design thinking approach is definitely a strength and would be the main reason why I would adopt this textbook., I think the distinguishing factor of this book is the way it addresses 'design thinking' and places it first and foremost in the book. I do not see this in other books or as explicitly addressed. This makes this book unique., The book's greatest strength is approaching the subject through the lens of design thinking. There is a need to emphasize design thinking at early foundation levels in interior design., I think the distinguishing factor of this book is the way it addresses design thinking and places it first and foremost in the book. The design thinking approach is definitely a strength and the main reason to adopt this textbook., The book's greatest potential strength is approaching the subject matter through the lens of design thinking. There is a need for new books emphasizing design thinking at early foundational levels in interior design.
