I never got a response from the merchant, ebay has chosen not to given me any info about the merchants response, and is requiring to go to law enforcement to file a police report. I will do as ebay required, and file the report this monday, but in fact the merchant did not send me the correct number of 3 pairs, and never responded to me, this is unacceptable.
