Without going into specifics, it arrived unusable, but less than 10 minutes after letting the seller know I was offered a full refund! The seller kept things respectful and polite. He understood that this was an unfortunate situation for both of us and didn’t even bother asking me to return the item. I will definitely be returning to this shop. My thoughts on usps haven’t changed.

Only problem I had was that there was a missing part that was not shown in the pictures. I contacted the seller, and they are giving me a partial refund to replace the part!! Very happy with them overall!!
