When I contacted the seller they initially apologized and offered to return for a full refund then completely changed tune and refused to make it right. The packing/shipping was terrible, it did not include any of the original packing or shipping and it's a terrible value. I wouldn't buy this suitcase for $50. THIS SELLER IS A SCAM!!
