If I wanted quick turn-around, they offered to send me an already refurbished replacement and use my trans as a core to minimize downtime. I opted to just send mine in and wait to get it back since it was off-season anyways. The whole process takes a month or so. They did great work. Its better than new. They responded quickly to any questions I had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.
