I chose to get a refund (that specificly described item I ordered is what I wanted) and the seller complied and withdrew the purchase invoice almost immediately (effectively not drawing money from me and also voiding the purchase). I was very pleased in communication and handling of a voided purchase.

Only let down by tracking sites which indicate part was left for days on end in one place then another. Emails just suggested I contact supplier or another courier who hadn’t even been passed the package at that point!
