It’s unfortunate that USPS is so horrible lately with delays & packages getting lost. Seller had to issue a full refund. Thanks at least I recovered my money but was left without the much needed ssd for my pc. Revised feedback due to the seller issuing the refund, this is the fault of USPS. It’s doing a terrible job.

That being said I contacted the seller and they issued a refund. So I did not have to communicate AFTER the purchase. I just hope/ expect/ assume that seller would communicate well AFTER a purchase. Thus, I gave 3 stars for communication.

Have not installed it in my laptop yet due to the time it will take to properly process all steps involved in this task, but hope to do so soon. Hopefully this will be a quality item in perfect working order as described in the listing and that it will allow me to add more fast storage to my laptop without removing my main OS drive, making it a great value. Great experience with seller so far!
