Contacted seller who offered to send a replacement or a refund. I opted for a refund as it was too late for it to arrive in time for it's purpose. Refund was given swiftly so can't complain.

We had an issue with the last mile logistics partner but the seller apologised and sent me two visors for the trouble. Also the seller kept me informed on the app all the time. Will use these guys again when I need to replace as visors have a shelf life of about 2 years before they get pretty scratched up.
