It was a large problem locally, which was resolved when they found all my packages still in an employee's vehicle (in rural areas, drivers use their personal vehicles sometimes) Sorry that your item took a ridiculous amount of time to get to you, I would never intentionally wait 9 days to drop off a package.

Have not put the heater to work to rate its overall value.
