The return shipping to Japan was too expensive to justify so I chose the partial refund. I thought it was extremely generous of the seller. A++ even though I won’t actually end up using the item.

The item is in good condition (even came with battery and charger which I thought wasn't gonna be included based on photos and description). I still need to buy a memory stick to test it out but so far everything looks good. 10/10 service.
