But I have given them a positive review because of their communications. Lots of emails were sent backwards and forwards to sort this out. On every occasion the seller replied to me in only a matter of a few minutes. I believe that the seller is very sorry that the wrong item was accidentally sent. I returned the item to the seller(they paid for the postage)and the correct item has now been sent to me. The only problem which affected not only me but also the seller was the Royal Mail Tracking service appeared faulty as I was unable to track my delivery even though it was marked as dispatched.
