The item I ordered did not arrive. I waited until the deadline day, and when it did not arrive, I contacted the Seller through Ebay's "I want my money back." Ebay and the Seller responded within minutes, and I chose a refund. I had needed the SDS-Plus drill bits for a job, and had to get them elsewhere quick. The next day, my money was refunded.
