The quality of the bike itself is outstanding (free included tools notwithstanding). It was packaged very well, almost over-packaged in ways. But I think they come like this from the factory, so it's not a reflection on the vendor. Kept the bike in pristine condition at least. I'm really glad I took the chance and got this model! Thanks, I'm stoked! Highly recommended seller, A+++!!!
