I dropped it off at the post office and my refund came the next day without quibble …so I am happy to say a good company to deal with even though my product was damaged in transit

Contacted seller and despite there having been a bank holiday weekend in the mix received a response quickly. Matter was sorted following a few messages and within the same week, they have sent out replacements. I am very happy with the service I have received. Thank you
