I made an offer and they took it right away which was great!! I did not have to wait long at all because they arrived so quickly. They were packed nicely and for being used they look brand new!!! When I contacted them, they issued me an immediate refund and told me to keep them. It wasn't something I could use, so I donated them to a womens shelter. Excellent customer service.
