Unfortunately, the item was damaged by the shipping carrier although the seller's packaging was most suitable for avoiding damage. However, excessive rough handling by the carrier proved too much. Reached out to carrier and was informed claim had to be initiated by eBay seller. Contacted seller and they took over with the claims process and provided a refund of the purchase. This seller is good eBayer with good communications and issue resolution.
