It arrived very quickly, much faster than the date initally given. The figures were well wrapped and protected in bubble wrap and news paper. Each box looked brand new with no damage I could see. Took a few days for seller to prepare shipping but I understood it was mentioned in the listing that it would require a few extra days to handle shipping. Paid extra for the Fed Ex Priority shipping and arrived promptly as promised. Not seller's fault, Fed Ex damaged package in transit. Seller cushioned box with bubble wrap and plastic wrap and cardboard layers. Just Fed Ex at fault. Thanks Kuma
