However, eBay and the seller took quick action to refund my money. They appear to be an honest company and I would do business with them again.

Home Depot had one for $15 more with no BS or hassle so I just bought it there. Seller did refund my money when cancelling the order so there's that. Too many straightforward sellers out there to bother dealing with this one.
