I ordered a wheelchair back and was sent a seat cushion by the same manufacturer. (The boxes are nearly identical outside of the side sticker, and the cushion was in good condition). I requested a return through the official ebay process and received a shipping label the next day. The return was processed as soon as it arrived back to them. Overall fine, but I still need a back.

Item was a great price and as described. Worked perfect. Shipping took around 9 days but I believe that was due to actual shippers. Great experience.
