Also, not sturdy enough for O Scale. Returning the kit in a better box than was sent, for full loss, no refund requested. That way, he has a kit to send out. In the Buy It Now sale you see a nice finished product, but this is sold JIT (just in time) so he makes it when he gets an order. You probably didn't watch the instructional video of the assembly process. My goal is to do my best to make everyone happy and it is too bad that you did not give me that chance. After a few messages back and forth about the product, one was made to special order, along with two standard pieces, excellent communication from the start. Parts were mailed out quickly , when the package arrived, the box had a huge hole in it, only two of the 3 parts were in it. I contacted the seller, sent pics, and without hesitation they informed me that they would send out another one, got it today ,shop with confidence ! AAAAA+++++

Very realistic looking and the correct scale. Shipping was a little bit slow, but I received them without damage. When I opened the package there was only one. I contacted the seller right away and he responded instantly. He apologized for the error and corrected it right away. I received a tracking number the next day and the second portal is on its way. I plan on buying another set of these soon. 😊👍
