There was a snafu with the shipping, and the seller was proactive and communicative about it. They let me know what was up immediately, and gave me the option to cancel/refund if I wanted. Things happen! And this seller dealt with it in the best way that you could. I said, let's give it a couple days, and they were able to sort out the issue, and the item (which was a gift) arrived on the actual birthday. I would buy from this seller again. Thank you!
