I have a had a couple of these houses ship with no issue. The purchase price was $450.00, plus shipping and taxes totaling $570.12. They are failing to take responsibility for the packaging, telling me that I should have requested more insurance, and that I need to take it up with FedEx. They offered me a refund of 25 dollars. Buyer, aware of no return policy, didn't request additional insurance through FedEx in case of item damage in transit.Boxes were not stacked on top of each other,but rather side by side.
