The seller promptly issued a refund and said to keep the pears. Not the sort of item I usually buy on eBay, but they were out in our local store and my diabetic mother wanted it for after her surgery. I ended making what she wanted, so it was fine. Quick resolution.

It took 17 days to be able to request eBay to step in to get a refund. I should have looked at the sellers reviews before I placed an order. The seller has negative reviews. Next time I place an order, I will definitely look at the sellers reviews.
