I fully believe that these are due to the shipping, otherwise the PC was exactly as described. Yes, a fully working computer with those specs for $1.00. We cannot spend $10 on peanuts for a $1.00 PC where the sale doesn't even cover costs of the box.

I live in Puerto Rico and expected these filters to take a while but they got here in about 3 days. The seller must've ran to the post office because I got my order very fast. I really appreciate how fast they sent the order. I'll definitely order more.
