We will inspect the ball head again before shipping. In November, after you placed an order, the warehouse reported that the ball head was damaged, and we could only give you a refund. Seller suggested a different item. I declined and asked for a refund. I did not ignore their email. Seller did refund. Seller's claims now are false. Sad. I will note that seller used the same response from both of their ARTCISE accounts. Obviously they are connected. I'm guessing they decided not to sell the item for the agreed upon price from either account, and there was no damaged item.

However, the USPS shipping was a horrible experience. It shouldn’t take 15 days for this item to be delivered. It’s not the shipper’s fault. The fault lies entirely on the USPS.
