The only issue I had was the second top section quick release pins were very difficult to push through. I had to hammer the pins through. It appeared the two holes were not perfectly aligned to allow smooth passage. This will not be an issue for me as I will leave the two pieces together and store in my cargo bay.

Both were packed well and arrived in perfect condition except that one was missing some parts. Unbeatable sales reacted quickly to the issue immediately sending me a return label. Their customer service department is excellent. The hanging birdfeeder as well built, and should last for years. Couldn’t ask more from a seller or a manufacturer.
