Shipper said package recieved, I explained I had not received the package and the seller was very faithful to keep checking. The package was delivered today and was in great condition. These are brand new products. It was a good value. It looks really good and is high-quality. The seller is good at communicating and follow up. I have experienced a bad situation when they said pkg was delivered, but I never got it. This is a great seller. Thankyou

Exactly as described, price is very good and the response time getting the package on it's way was very good. Overall shipping time was pretty good. There was a glitch, but nothing that the seller was involved with. Very happy with the overall experience. Would recommend this seller.

I reached out to the seller to confirm my address so that I could buy another one. The seller responded that another one would be sent the following day. LITERALLY less than 12 hours later, I received another book. Free of charge, out of his generosity. OUTSTANDING customer service. I will buy from this seller again!:)
