Unfortunately one of the glasses broke along the away. They are very fragile and despite all of the bubble wrap and paper buffering and stout box, one broke. It could easily have happened if UPS dropped the box or even just set it down too quickly. I notified the seller, who was very apologetic and provided a refund tout suite.
