We had an issue with the last mile logistics partner but the seller apologised and sent me two visors for the trouble. Also the seller kept me informed on the app all the time. Will use these guys again when I need to replace as visors have a shelf life of about 2 years before they get pretty scratched up.

I thought I’d lost my money but contacted the seller on the off chance and they kindly sent out a new pack although it wasn’t their fault. Brilliant.
