I attempted to order this nav card on two occasions.My order was cancelled without cause by their online sales manager (Ben). He falsely claimed I canceled my order and then gave some lame excuses that I hadn't provided enough feedback to purchases. He then blocked communication and refused to return calls. This process cost me two weeks of frustration and resulted in an investigation by Ebay.
