There was NO retail box and wrapper was marked as "not for individual sale". Filters "feel" okay but may be cracked due to the poor shipping package. It was exactly as described and the price was great for the kit. This included a battery while other sellers did not. The only negative thing about shipping is that it was not wrapped or in a shipping bag. It was laid on my porch, out in the open, where anyone walking by could see what it was.
